This permit was approved on November 11,2013. Mr.Tabet has 180 days from November 11,2013 in which to assign another Registered General Contractor and pay the remaining balance of$3,040.00 before this permit expires. He may also contact Mr. Martin Haeberle(mhaeberle@vail�ov.com or tel: 970-479-2142) before the 180 days has elapsed and request an extension for this permit. Otherwise,the permit will expire and the fees already paid ($746.94)will be forfeited and he will have to re-apply for a new permit. Please have Mr. Ricardo Tabet contact us as soon as possible.
