1. All retaining walls shall be 2' off property line unless otherwise approved by

a. Utility Tie-ins have been modified to occur in Tract A. Easements are
required at this time. While this is not the most direct route, it is
acceptable to the owner/developer and initially agreed upon by Public
Works. In the Future, the design team may negotiate with the utility
companies and the adjacent property owner via prescriptive right.
