Dear Mike, !
Please consider this correspondence a Certification of Completion of the Fire Alarm System at
the above named project. Effective November 21st, 2013 the System was tested in the presence
of the Authority Having Jurisdiction and found to be in complete working order and in compliance
with the Engineered Drawings and Specifications as prepared by Commercial Specialists of
Western Colorado. !
This certification includes the following alterations made to the fire control panel (NFS-640)
control panel located in the basement electrical room. !
1. Changed one heat back to a smoke detector and dropped the device into the new dropped
ceiling. Located in the retail space entry.
2. Re-Installed one smoke detector and dropped it into the new ceiling. Located in the retail
space above the stairwell.
3. Re-Installed the ceiling mount horn/strobe and dropped the device into the new dropped
ceiling. !
The fire alarm system is monitored by a 24-Hour U.L. Listed monitoring service and is tied into
the main fire control panel. !
