This bathroom remodel includes the following work:
1. Removal of floor and wall tile,toilet, and original faucet in the tub.
2. Retile bathroom floor
3. Replacement of toilet and shower/tub faucet with a single valve oil rubbed bronze faucet
4. Inspection of rough plumbing
5. Replacement of bath tub surround walls with green board
6. Inspection of wall board installation
7. Retile tub/shower surround
