Tn summary, Ordinance Na. 6 states that it is unlawful for any
person to litter, track or deposit any soil, rock, sand, debris
or material, incl.uding trash dumpsters, pcartable toilets and
wc�rkmen vehicles upon any street, sidewalk, a11ey or public
place or any portion thereof. The right-af-way on a11 Town of
Vai�. streets and roads is apprvximately � ft. off pavement. �
This ordinance w�,ll be strictly enforced by the Town of VaxZ
Public Works Department. � Persons found violating this ordinance
rai.11 be given a 24 haur written notice tc, remove said material .
In the e�ent the person so notified does nat camply with the
notice within the 2�4 hauz� time specified, the Publi,c Works
Departm�nt will remove said materia�, at the expense of person
natified. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be
applieable to cor►struction, maintenance or r�pair prajects of
an� street or alley or any utilities �.n ,the right-a-way.
