Please review the attached amendment to the contract for the review of the Wall Street Building through the Design
Review process. Please indicate your acceptance of the contract via email. Upon acceptance, the town will sign and
begin the review process of your submitted application. All invoices will be forwarded for payment to Wall Street
Commercial LLC. Please provide a mailing address and email contact so we can send all invoices directly to the
appropriate person.
