Sheet A1.0 Building type, occupancy, allowable area calculations and fire suppression are indicated in upper left corner. Light fixtures shall be high efficiency as noted in electrical notes. Sheet A2.0 North dormer now reflects the sloped roof in accordance with the DRB approval. Sheet A3.0 Size of roof drains conforms to 2012 IPC. Snow guards are indicated on the roof plans and shall conform to Town of Vail code. Drainage covers have been deleted over drain pipe in Section 2/A3.0. Ventilation for cold roof as shown on Section 1/A3.0. R-49 value for flat roofs shown on 1/A3.0, 2/A3.0 and 1/A4.0. Fire proofing of beams will not be used in the 1 hour rated ceiling in Section 2/A3.0. Sheet A4.0 Stucco finish is existing in elevation and details on Sheet A4.0. Areaway is existing in Section 2/A4.0. Roof drain shall be in exterior wall on the warm side with 2" rigid insulation to outside. The metal stud wall size has been revised to 6" thick. Roof scupper shall conform to IBC 2012 in Section 1/A4.0. Stone shall be fastened as per Section 1/A4.0 per 2012 IBC.
