BUILDING DEPARTMENT COMMENTS
1 Indicate building occupancy type and construction type on the plans
2 Include the project address on the plans
3 Include note on plans for all construction to comply with 2009 International Codes and 2008 NEC as
adopted by Town of Vail.
4 Revise plans to include structural plans for any proposed structural wall modifications
5 Include venting diagram and termination detail for new water heater venting
6 Revise floor plans to provide 30" working clearance in front of the new water heater.
7 Include a gas piping plan with all pipe size, material, developed length and CFH
8 Show condensate drain for water heater
9 Provide DWV and water piping plan for the new bathroom per 2009 IPC
