Dear Commissioners: These comments are additional notes to the completed application. o This request as noted above is a request for renewal of PEC # 070068. o We request that the length of time for the conditional use permit not have a termination date. o The current use permit calls for excess parking, if needed, be targeted to Westhaven Drive as the "C." choice. We believe the VPD wants to eliminate that choice, which is what has been the course of action over the existing period, and we suggest the new permit eliminate that choice.
