Dear Martin,
Thank you for taking my call today to discuss the exterior ramp between buildings C and D
as it pertains to the entry and egress at building D.
Per our agreement, the ramp is allowed to remain as is since there are no ADA accessible
units in building D and therefore building D is not an ADA accessible building. Also, the
path of egress from building D is to the north to the town right‐of‐way sidewalk at
Lionshead Place and not to the ramp to the south.
