RE: Double Diamond Shoe Store at 291 Bridge St. unit C-2
Mr. Vaughan,
This letter is intended to describe the full scope of work for changes to the fire sprinkler system that will
be performed by Western States Fire Protection in unit C-2 at Lodge Plaza.
Required modifications to the fire sprinkler system are as follows.
Add two heads for new wall dividing sales floor from stock room.
relocate three heads in sales floor area.
Change all existing heads to fast response heads throughout space.
Relocate one head mechanical room to a minimum of 4" from new wall.
All work performed will comply with NFPA13 and local standards.
This is cpvc wet system on the main level. All added materials will be compatible to the existing
system.
It is our understanding that this letter will be sufficient to obtain a permit to proceed with the work
described above. No other work will be done without authorization from VFES. If further information is
required to issue a permit please contact our office in Glenwood Springs at 970-618-3294.
