The existing insulation at the exterior ceiling is only an RI l which is creating condensation And also allowing the exterior ceiling space to remain at a temperature close to the outside temp c. It is recommended the exterior ceiling be brought up to code and the rims be sealed with foam d. The Blow -In- Blanket — System will function fine at the exterior ceiling areas as estimated in the base Price, but the spray foam option is a far more superior application.
