Burns Gies Architects via email December 16, 2013 Dear Mr. Burns, The Board of Village Inn Plaza Phase III Condominium Association has approved the changes to the exterior of the building as proposed by you on behalf of Mr. Chedraui in his units 110 and 111. We make the following recommendations in relation to the interior upgrades: l. The Fire Department has requested that the entire building be brought up to code (addressable detectors, sprinkled, etc. ) by 2017. In order to avoid a second disruption, we recommend that Mr. Chedraui bring his unit up to code during this remodel. 2. Mr. Chedraui leases part of the General Common Element for the kitchen in 111. We would suggest that he renew this lease and extend the terms. Mr. Heid is aware of the policies and procedures regarding remodels in the building.
