The applicant must submit writ�en joint property owner approvai for applications affecting shared ownership properties
such as duplex, ctindominium, and maiti-tenant buildings. This form, or similar written correspondence, must be
completed by the adjoining duplex unit owner ar the authorized agent of the home owner's association in the case of a
oondominium or muftl-fenant building.Al!completed forms must be submitted with the applicants completed applica#ion.

dated October 1, 2013 y��� have been submitted to the Town of Vail Carnrnunity Developrnent Department
for the proposed improvements to be �rnpleted at the address notec! at�ove. 1 understand that the proposed
improvements indude:
Excavation and constructian to complete c�nstruction to complete
a build�ut of a basement space below the existing residential structure on the west side only.
To provide egress from#his space via window wells,steps,grading and mod'rficatons to#hs
deck. Revisions ta the landscaping w+thin the "A" side of the pr�perty induding removal of a
tree adjacent to the foundation at the property line dividing each parcel and replarrting a new
tree near the divicting line. And relocating existing trees west of the residence. Complete repair
and re-vagitation of disturbed areas.
I understand that modiflcatiorts may be made to the plans over the course of the re�iernr process to ensure oompliance
with the Town's applicabfe codes and regufations; and th�t it is the sole responsibility of the applicant to keep the joint
properry owner apprised of any changes and ensure that the changes are acceptable and appropriate. Submittal of an
