This Product Supply Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Alan‐Bradley Windows and Doors, Inc , a Colorado corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “Dealer” or “ABWD”) and
George Shaeffer Construction (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”).

Installation Guidelines, ABWD Order Process Update, Shop Drawings, and any ABWD authorized change orders. This Agreement, along with the Sales Contract incorporated herein,
contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this
Agreement. Neither Party will be bound by or be deemed to have made any representations, warranties, commitments or other undertakings with respect to the subject matter of this

Lead Time: Weiland Lead Time may vary-Most products require 10-12
weeks production time, plus 2 weeks for shop drawings and 1 week
additional per shop drawing revision
Paint Finish: The paint finish included is a 2 coat 70% Kynar 500
(non-metallic) custom match. If the custom match requires a 3 coat
process, there may be added cost, this can sometimes occur with
red color finishes. Metallic and anodized color finishes are an added
cost and require a special quote.
Deflection: All Folding and/or Liftslide door openings must be
installed into openings that are engineered to minimize deflection.
Maximum allowable tolerance is 1/8" on Welland doors (Please be
aware, folding doors add ~10 pounds per square foot to the header
deflection tolerance due to being top-hung).
If a crane is needed to lift doors onto site, it is not included in this
proposal. Arrangements and subcontracts with crane operators must
be made by general contractor.

Welland Door Installation Notes: Installation includes coordinating
delivery of doors & materials needed for complete installation,
Unpacking of product, Plumb, level and square installation of sill,
head jamb, and side jambs. Anchoring threshold into substrate for
proper support. Installing panels and adjustment for final operation.
Screen installation is included at time of project completion or
whenever deemed appropriate by customer.
Exclusions;

Per your request we have completed the fenestration calculations for the Shaeffer-Johnson project. All
calculations are performed per ASHRAE Fundamentals 2009, Chapter 15 “Determination of Fenestration
U-Factor”. Refer to the attached calculation sheets for detailed results.
