Potato Patch Club Condominium Project
The following units have had revisions made since the original Design Board Submittal that was
submitted on 01.13.14. These changes were reviewed in a meeting on 01.23.14 with Joe
Batcheller, Mark Donaldson and Brent Crouch. Per Joe Batcheller’s request VMDA is providing a
written description and clouded drawings of the changes made since the original Design Review
Board Submittal.
Unit 23:
Front Elevation: Original submittal showed expansion of kitchen of Unit to line of Bay window
Front Elevation: Revised drawing shows the expansion removed
Rear Elevation: Original submittal showed expansion of Rear of Unit to line of Soffit above
Rear Elevation: Revised drawing shows the expansion removed
Right Elevation: Original submittal showed expansion of Rear of Unit to line of Soffit above
Right Elevation: Revised drawing shows the expansion removed
Unit 28:
Rear Elevation: Original submittal showed no windows added on 2nd level
Rear Elevation: Revised drawing shows windows added on 2nd level
Unit 35:
Left Elevation: Original submittal showed no Trapezoid window added on 3rd level
Rear Elevation: Revised drawing shows Trapezoid window added on 3rd level
