General Information: This application is required for all proposals involving minor changes to buildings and site improve-
ments, such as roofing, painting, window additions, landscaping, fences, retaining walls, etc. Applicable Vail Town
Code sections can be found at www.vailgov.com under Vail Information — Town Code Online. All projects requiring de-
sign review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An application for Design Review
cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department, as outlined in
the submittal requirements. The project may also need to be reviewed by the Town Council and /or the Planning and
Environmental Commission. Design review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a building per-
mit is issued and construction commences.

Install new window in upstairs bedroom on west facing wall just above and to the north
of Unit #2's garage. The new twin casement window will be approximately 45" wide by
40" high.

a timeline for construction;
(2) Plans and specifications which detail the proposed modification, including
information on materials and colors;
(3) Sketches to scale with dimensions of the proposed project and photos of
materials, and/or type of product to be used;
(4) Dumpster and garbage removal plan, toilet arrangements and parking plan;
(5) Name(s) of contractor(s), telephone numbers, email and mailing addresses,
and insurance information;

(6) List of homeowners residing in the adjacent properties and completed
"Notification/Acknowledgement Form for Adjoining Homeowners" that may be sent by the
Architectural Control Committee to listed homeowners;
(7) Evidence sufficient to the Board that the proposed modification does not
violate the terms of any document evidencing a Security Interest encumbering such Unit;
(8) Structural engineering specifications, if the Board deems necessary based on
a reasonable belief that the Project may affect structural components of the Property or any
portion of Vail Point Townhomes;
(9) Such other information as should be provided to fully advise the Board about
the matter requiring approval.

hours M -F Sam until 6 pm per interior remodel form. Window install to

Vail Point unit 1 Window Install Application Specs & additional

The top of the window will be 10" from the fascia board to allow for
brown Styrofoam header. There will be a 9' brown Styrofoam sill below
the window.
Metal trim color will be an antique brown. Window will match existing
windows at Vail Point and match existing stucco colors
Attached photo depicts the window is 16' from the gutter and 22' from
the building wall
Window to fascia will be 10" to allow adequate space for header
The header is 10" and the sill is 9 ". Avalanche, Alpha Omega Window
and Stucco Works to perform the job
Paint colors to match identical to existing and is the responsibility of
the homeowner.
