Asbestos Testing&Abatement Requirements
Asbestos testing and abatement protects workers, homeowners, neighbors and emergency services responders from ex-
posure to harmful asbestos. It is your responsibility to be in compliance with the State. Please contact the State directiy
for their requirements at the contact info listed below.
When is asbestos testina reauired?
AI�,I�building projects disturbing more than these threshold levels of building materials require asbestos testing:
One-and Two-Family Dwellings: 32 square feet
All Others(commercial spaces, hotel rooms,etc): 160 square feet
D�nition of a single-family dwelling: any dwelling unit that is used primarily for a single family,including
multi-family/condominium units,and fractional fee units.
Tests which identify POSI'fIVE results at more than 1% require abatement by a State-certified abatement contractor.

This is a Electrical Load report for the Vail Community
Development Office for the remodel at Wren Unit 404. The
address for the �Vren is 500 South Frontage Road, Vail CO.
I am the electrician working for Burke Harrington
Construction. My company is Eagle Electric Inc. and my
name is Michael Koenen.
The property has multable apartments. The remodel has its own meter. The
meter has a 100 amp single phase main breaker. The feeder to the panel is a
#2 THN aluminum wire from the meter.
The only power requirements we are adding are si.x L.E.D. lights
where there was two surface fixtures with 75 watt bulbs in the kitchen. No
change in wattage. We wild add 4 under cabinet lights in the kitchen which
will add 300 watts.
All baseboard electric heaters in the living room and bedroom will be
replaced with hydrostatic heaters which adds about a 1/3 savings in
wattage..
I am going to add a microwave circuit. They used a small appliance
circuit to plug in the microwave. No change.
The small appliance circuits in the kitchen wild remain the same.
In the living room I will add a receptacle and TV above the fireplace.
A new circuit will be ran for a future dryer. SOODwatts.
A new circuit will be ran for a future wash machine 1 S00 watts.
In both bath rooms we will replace the existing heat/light/fan which
reduces the wattage from the old heat/light/fan.
We will replace all the old rece�ntacles, switches, and light fixtures
with new fixtures. The wattage will be less because the newer light fixtures
have fluorescent or L.E.D. bulbs.
We are going to add a light fixture in the new loft with a switch and
receptacle. This will add 210 watts.
