PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the
Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section 12 -3 -6, Vail Town
Code, on September 23, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
A request for the review of a variance from Section 12- 14 -17, Setback from
Watercourse, Vail Town Code, pursuant to Chapter 12 -17, Variances, Vail Town Code,
to allow for the construction of gross residential floor area within the prescribed setback,
located at 1975 Placid Drive Unit 33 /1-ot 33, Vail Village West Filing 2, and setting forth
details in regard thereto (PEC130025).
