Attached are revised plans with a section included to show how the GRFA was calculated. Unfortunately with this
section available I was able to determine that I made a mistake with the proposed GRFA in the volume area. The net
result isa178Sf increase in the proposed GKFA.
Sorry about the mistake but it was easier to see once | had the Section. | should have taken more time with the analysis
and utilized the Building Elevations .

I talked to Jonathan at the town today and he would like a little clarification on the areas over 16 foot in height. If
you could do a cross section thru the new dorm to show where 16 foot is at would be helpful. Then highlight the area,
width and length of the area that counts double.
