RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS
● Submit three complete sets of revised construction documents containing
the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each
comment.
Failure to submit plans showing compliance with the building code within 30 days of this letter will constitute a violation of the towns building code ordinance and will
result in proceeding with legal action against the owner for building without a permit.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
1. Plans are to reflect work and show compliance
with the 2012 Buildings Codes as adopted by the Town of Vail. Please note this work was not part of the permit issued in 2008 therefore must be in full compliance with the current adopted
code.
2. Show compliance with the International Energy Code as adopted by the Town of Vail.
Structural Comments:
Revise plans to reflect the current adopted code.
