Let Carolyn know if we need to return the application until you receive the
signature. Admin has been instructed not to hold any work especially in stream
tract cases. We should not have taken any work when we found the violation on
the parcel unless something has changed.

George, my error- it looks like Valls is the only signature we are missing,
we have Fleeger and Banner. Caroline would like to release by 3 p.m.

Hey George,
Caroline has a building permit up front for Bart Valls— bathroom
remodel. I am assuming I can tell her to unlock the parcel, and
to insert in the notes that the Town has a signed agreement and
approved landscape plan to bring the property into compliance
with the stream tract property line.
