Town af Vail Staff has reviewed the proposed Duplex Plat far 1249 W�stha�en Circle. The following is
a sutnmary of the comments frorn tbat review:
I. All plat title and certificate formats must be in accordanee with the provisions of Cha�ter 13-
11,Vail Town Cade.
2. The plat must contain the following�anguage:
For aoning purposes, the two lots created by thds subdivision are to be treated as one
entity with no more than one two-�'ar►zily residence allowed on the combined area of the
two lots.
3. A eopy of the declarations andlor covenants attached to the subdivision must be submitted to
assure the maintenance�f any common areas which are�eing created.
4. All taxes ad�alorem ta�ces applicable to such subdivided land for years prior,must be paid at
the Eagle County Treasurer's Office.
5. A check paid to the Eagle County Treasurer in the amount of$11.00 must b�submitted to the
Town of Vail for recording fees.

this revised plat and deter�nined that some items noted in my November 17,2003 letter have not yet been
addressed. The Town of Vail shall not approve this proposed duplex plat until the following items have
been addressed:
