Please provide a copy of the structi�iral engineers wet stamped letter or drawing with this application. ❑ If triis is a remodel in a multi-family b�_iilding with a homeowners association, a letter of permission from �the association is required. ❑ If�triis permit is for a commercial space, two (2) sets of stamped drawings are required.
