4. REPLAGEMENT OF AN EXISTING SPIRAL STAIR WITH NEW STANDARD TYPE STAIR INGLUDIN6
MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTIN6 FLOOR STRUCTURE AT THE UPPER LEVEL.
5. A GABLE END ROOF ELEMENT IS TO BE GONSTRUGTED ABOVE THE EXISTING LIVIN6 ROOM WITH NEW
WINDOWS AND EXTERIOR WALL GONSTRUGTION.
6. THE MASTER BEDROOM IS TO BE EXPANDED WEST INTO THE EXISTING DECK AREA WITH A SABLE END
ROOF ELEMENT AND THE REMAINING DECK IS TO REGE I VE NEW WATERPROOF I N6 AND DECK I N6.
-7. THE EXISTING MASTER BATH AND CLOSET AREA IS TO BE EXPANDED TO THE EAST WITH THE
GONSTRUGTION OF A SHED ROOF DORMER ALIGNED OVER THE EXISTIN6 EXTERIOR WALLS. THE WORK
