NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM BRIAR PATCH ASSOCIATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective as of (:) { ~ /J.,!l/2,.-. (the "Effective Date"),
the below described "Parcel," being a part of the "The Residences at Briar Patch," planned
community situated in the Town of Vail, Eagle County, Colorado (the "Community"), has
effectively withdrawn from the Briar Patch Association, the governing association for the
Community. Neither the owner of said Parcel nor the Briar Patch Association shall have any
further obligation to the other. The below referenced Parcel is hereby forever released from all
covenants, conditions and restrictions under the Second Amended and Restated Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Residences at Briar Patch, recorded at
Reception No: 201116126, in the Eagle County Public Records, State of Colorado, as amended
("The Declaration"), with the exception, solely and exclusively, of the "Surviving Covenants"
set forth in under the Declaration. which shall continue to burden and benefit such Parcel, as
applicable. In no event shall the owner of such Parcel have any liability whatsoever with respect
to assessments of any nature from and after the Effective Date.
