RE: Lion Square Lodge East
Building Permits and Contract Termination
Mr. Haeberle:
As Owner's Representative for the Lion Square Lodge Phase 1 Renovation Project l, I stopped by
your office last Thursday and Friday to discuss the status of the multiple building permits still
open for the project. As I stated on Thursday, as of Wednesday, March 26rh, the contract
between JL Viele Construction, Inc. and the Home Owners Association has been terminated.
Thank you for your assistance in sorting out this matter.
Would you please transfer the following permits to R. A. Nelson and Associates, they will be the
contractor for completion of this portion of the project:
B13-0309, Unit 215, Ugarte
B13-0311, Unit 217, Delgado
B13-0304, Unit 201, Woodsmall
B13-0297, Unit 101, Huzella
B13-0313, Unit 301, Ely
B12-0029, Exterior and interior renovation
It is our intention to have the same electrical, plumbing and mechanical, and fire sprinkler
subcontractors complete their work related to these permits.
The following permits were submitted by R. A. Nelson last week, would you cancel them and
refund whatever portion of their costs is applicable:
B14-0061, Unit 201, Woodsmall
B14-0062, Unit 301, Ely
B14-0063, Unit 301, Ely

Permit B13-0318, Unit 324, Farcus, will remain with JL Viele Construction for completion.
