Kellen HOA President 953 South York Street Denver, Colorado 80209 Re: Notice of Violation 4450 Timber Falls Court previously known as 4560 Timber Falls court Dear Mr. Kellen, The purpose of this letter is to inform you that a violation of the building code as adopted by the Town of Vail exist at 4450 Timber Falls court. Work authorized by permit number B12-0238 has not been completed and approved prior to the permit expiring. In order to stay legal action a building permit shall be obtained to abate the illegal condition. The following illegal action has been observed: 1. Work authorized by the Town of Vail and agreed upon as a stipulation of the building permit has not been completed and approved. References section 110.3.10 of the International Building Code 2012 edition. This required work is identified within the approved plans and specifications for this project. Failure to resolve the aforementioned items within 30 days of the receipt of this letter will require the Town of Vail to proceed with legal action allowed by section 114.3 of the International Building Code 2012 edition as adopted by the Town of Vail.
