WORK RELEVANT TO ANY CODES GOVERNING THE PROJECT.
II. GENERAL CONTRACTOR 4 SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL FIELD COORDINATE 4 OBTAIN
APPROVAL FROM STRUCTURAL ENGINEER PRIOR TO GUTTING, NOTCHING OR DRILLING
OF GA5T -IN -PLACE CONCRETE, STEEL FRAMING, OR OTHER STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS
WHICH MAY IN ANY WAY AFFECT THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING.
12. ALL NEW ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING 4 MECHANICAL WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED IN A
WORKMANLIKE MANNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF ALL CURRENT
CODE $ REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS ADOPTED BY THE GOVERNING MUNICIPALITY $
OTHER AGENCIES HAVING JURISDICTION, INCLUDING ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. THE
COMPLETED WORK SHALL ALLOW FOR FINAL CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY TO BE
ISSUED BY THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.
13. SUBSTITUTIONS OF "EQUAL" OR "EQUIVALENT" PRODUCTS MAY BE ACCEPTABLE WITH
WRITTEN OWNER APPROVAL. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT DETAILS, NEEDED PRODUCT
DATA, SPECIFICATIONS, FEATURES, OPTIONS $ FINISHES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE
ACCEPTABILITY.
14. IT I5 REQUIRED BY THESE DOCUMENTS FOR CONTRACTOR $ HI5 SUBCONTRACTORS,
VENDOR5 /WORKMEN TO PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, TRANSPORTATION, SUPPLIES,
