Vail, CO 81657 970 - 688 -0936 e -mail: platzdog @hotmail.com To Whom it may concern The attached plan shows a 6 ft tall, 30 ft long and 12 ft wide fence adjacent to the house located at 2712 Kinnikinnick Ct., Vail, CO 81657 within property lines. We are asking the Town of Vail for permission to build this garden fence due to wildlife in the neighborhood. Last year all our vegetable harvest along with bushes on the other side of the house were destroyed by deer and other animals. We are trying to protect our harvest from such wildlife by building a fence adjacent to the house on the south side. The fence will be difficult to see from the street and it will be made of a wood construction with inlaid mesh. We would like to build a replica of a garden fence shown in a picture attached. The fence is absolutely necessary to keep wildlife out of the vegetable garden. We are hoping the Town of Vail will approve this fence as it is unobtrusive to the landscape.
