Gentlemen,
After review of Strata permit number B11-0496 it appears we did add valuation to the
permit thus creating incorrect fees.
I have attached copies of applications submitted on August 13, 2008, November 21,
2011 and January 13, 2014. All permit fees have been based on the original and
second submittals. The changes in valuations shown on the January 13, 2014
application are not valid until confirmed by the building official. Please discuss directly
with Martin Haeberle.
The balance due to release permit B11-0496 is $907,922.70.
