Dear Mr. Haeberle,
I am pleased to transmit with this letter the Elk Meadows Development Site Grading&
Road Plan with the submittal requirements for a Grading Permit.
Included with this letter are:
1. One Building Permit Application Form.
2. Three full-size stamped and signed Plans, with a cover date of 04/16/2014.
3. Contractor Staging & Storage Plan.
• To clarify, we will be exporting all soil from the road work offsite
immediately. The storage location identified on the plans is for the soil
removed from Lots 1,2,3 & 5 only.
4. Geotech Report dated 04/18/2014.
