I see on the plans now that the bronze screen is interior. Thanks for the explanation. Second, it sounds like you are removing dirt from the planter in order to stall this device. Within the Commercial Core I zone district there is a provision that there is not net loss of landscaping. I need a detailed plan/drawing of the planter showing what will be planted back and how much clearance is needed in front of the unit.
