DESIGN OF FOOTINGS IS BASED ON AN ASSUMED MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE BEARING PRESSURE OF 2000 PSF. 2. FOOTINGS SHALL BE PLACED BELOW FROST DEPTH ON UNDISTURBED SOIL OR ON STRUCTURAL FILL COMPACTED AS REQUIRED BYTHE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER. 3. SOIL VALUES AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE VERIFIED BYA REPRESENTATIVE OF THE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER.
