Hello Bob,
Please see the attached DRB approval form and keep for your records. Submit a
building permit application at your convenience. By the way, you do not need a public
way permit for placing the hot tub or scaffolding in Mountain Plaza. And, according to
Leonard Sandoval, the road below is owned by Vail Resorts. No public way permit is
needed for that either; just permission from Vail Resorts. You may want to double check
though, so that he fully understands where the crane will be located (479-2198).
