Here's a roof update-so far all the repairs, ridgid insulation board, ridge venting, flashing and waterproofing have been completed. Due to the heavy rains in your area our shingles have been delayed a week or two, but the roof is dryed in and functional. One thing I recommend , is for you to go ahead with your interior venting project as this will cut down on condensation build-up,the ridge vent we installed will also help. Now do a snow dance. Rob. Looks like contractor will be aiming for mid-August start, weather permitting. There will be a lot of activity up above you--they will try to keep noise and dust to a minimum, but be aware that there will be time pressure for them to get in and minimize the amount of time the roof is actually open to the elements-- will be weather dependant. So, just a heads up that this improvement is on the horizon and,as you are closest to the repair work, will likely see some of the activity.
