Good afternoon Karen,
I've reviewed the application for the AC condenser for the O'Farril unit. The plans are fine and can be
staff approved. Before proceeding however, I'll need a signed letter stating Vail Meadow Place will
discontinue the maintenance of turf within the Town -owned stream tract. Please see the attached
letter, sign, and return at your convenience. I will process the application once this letter has been
received by Community Development.
