Kristen pointed out to me that as this is currently in the court system that it is more appropriate
for the Pedigos to call the Court Department. I provided both Lind Moore's and Inga Causey's

Subject: Pedigo Residence B14 -0214 Stream Tract Inspection

Pursuant to our process, an inspection was generated for 1325 Westhaven Circle to perform a
stream tract inspection prior to their request to make deck repairs proceeds. This address has
been in known violation and according to Kristen was summonsed to court. Upon performing
my inspection it appears the site has not been mowed or weed wacked this season which was
one of their violations. There was at least one piece of furniture straddling the property line.
I denied B14 -0268 and put this into permits plus.
I have asked Kristen to please reach our to courts to determine what is any action has been
taken thus far.
At this moment the building permit application cannot proceed forward.
I called Great Divide Construction and informed them of the results of my inspection and asked
them to please inform the Pedigo's that they should call Kristen to discuss resolving the
encroachment violations.
