Ordinance No. 20, Series of 2006, requires that all residential customers with curbside trash removal service within the Town of Vail utilize a wildlife-resistant container and that all commercial and multi-family customers utilize a wildlife-proof container. Please refer to the submittal requirements on page 4 for all supplemental materials. An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department. Owners are responsible for properly securing and maintaining trash enclosures and containers.
