I got the revisions. The only issue is the location. The recently approved sign program for the building
designated specific locations, so that parameter will need to be adhered to. I've re- attached your PDF
annotating the nearest approved location to what you had proposed. If you are ok with that, then I will
go ahead and approve your application.

Hello John,
Any progress on the revisions to the sign application? I'd like to close this out as soon as possible so I can
address the one non - conforming sign on site. Technically, the temporary sign for Rocky Mt. Repro is also
non - conforming and could be removed if code enforcement so chooses. I haven't brought it to their
attention though. Please update me early next week.

To summarize...
Your sign will need to be 99" x 20" (13.75 sq. ft.) with a black field and white letters.
• The allowed fonts are Arial Bold, Helvetica Upper Case, Helvetica Script, Times New Roman Bold, or
Wide Latin Bold.
Text area shall be between 7 and 10 square feet.
Specific materials to be used are laid out, but I might be able to offer some leeway in that regard.
You'll see in the sign program document that certain locations are called out for mounting signs. The
location for your sign can be changed to one of the other designated locations if you feel it is more
appropriate, as long as that location is vacant.
At your convenience, please submit a revised plan for your sign that meet the conditions of the sign
program. Let me know if there are any exceptions from the sign program that you would like. If so, I'll
need to have the property owner's representative, Meg Hanlon sign off.
