Construction was completed with only finishing interior touches remaining. The Town of Vail requires that all new homes must meet or exceed the requirements of the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC),which requires that air leakage within the home does not exceed 3 ACH50. Air leaka�e Results The home was depressurized to the standard -50 Pa of pressure, and a leakage of 1,680 CFM@50 was projected. The ACH50,the rating used by the Town of Vail building code and requirements, was calculated to be 2.15.
