We have the pavement section used for the post office A/D lane construction (next door). The Timber RIdge soils report didn’t provide R values for pavement design , but HP Geotech could probably estimate a conservative value based on test results. How do you want us to proceed? 1.Propose what was used at the post office? 2.Provide new pavement design? 3.Other? Prior to submitting the NTP the Town will need to review. The biggest item we want to look at it is the alignment of the road/lanes and trying to keep the existing concrete walk. I believe we sent you some comments on the sketches you provided a while ago. A copy of the issued permits are attached. The next step in the CDOT access permitting process is for you to obtain a Notice to Proceed (NTP).
