I think we are close with plan preparation for CDOT review. I read in the paper that there were on-going rockfall issues.
Should we wait until the rockfall issues are resolved before submitting the plans for NTP? When is some sort of approval
expected on rockfall improvements?

Please share with your team. Prior to submitting the NTP the Town will need to review. The biggest item we want to
look at it is the alignment of the road/lanes and trying to keep the existing concrete walk. I believe we sent you some
comments on the sketches you provided a while ago.

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has received your signed permits. A copy of the
issued permits are attached. The next step in the CDOT access permitting process is for you to
obtain a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Notice to Proceed Information is included with the attached
permits.
