We reviewed the new permits. It looks like the WB 50 turning radius requirement was revised to be bus radii. We think
the bus radii should be similar to Fire Trucks (for the garage entrance). A note was added to the requirement for 2%
slope away from the edge of the highway where alternate solutions (like a standard concrete pan, per plans) will be
considered during plan review for NTP.
So I think these details can be worked out during CDOT plan review, and I’d say it was ok to sign.

Unless anyone as any issues with these access permits, I will sign and return to CDOT today. These are the revised
permits based on the previously provided comments to CDOT.
Once fully executed by CDOT, the Notice to Proceed set can be submitted and reviewed by CDOT.
Thanks

The Timber Ridge unsigned Access permits have been sitting on my desk for a while, does anyone know what the status
of this is. Should I sign and return or do we need to meet first? Last correspondence I have indicated we needed to meet
first. Do we still need to meet or should I just sign and return?

Tom,
I believe this is something we can live with, however Dan is set to return next week and we’ll go over these terms and
conditions changes in detail. So let’s just hold off on signing the Timber Ridge Permits. I am expecting the Timber Ridge
Plan set any day, we’ll move forward distributing the plan set with or without a signed permit.
Thanks, Devin

Devin
Thanks for the reminder. I have been meaning to ask if we can make some subtle changes to the terms and
conditions. These mainly have to do with the typical Vail issues.
-The need for WB-50’s to access site
-access draining 2% away.
Please see attached.
Thank You.

Tom,
I have just received a telephone message requesting a pre-design meeting for the Timber Ridge Project in Vail. After a file review I
noticed the three Timber Ridge Permits have not been signed and returned to CDOT. These permit offers are set to expire on 11-20-
10. With that in mind I am re-sending these permits to you and asking you to sign and return the permits as soon as possible.
Thank you,
Devin Drayton
