The services are supplemental to our agreement for prafessional services to Slopeside Gonstruction, Inc. dated march 3, 2014. The inspection of the structural steeI wnnections fc�r the project was performed by West Slope Inspection and Testing{WSTI}as a suhcontractor tn Hepwarth-Pawlak Geoteclu�ical. Doug Young with WSTI, who performed the inspections, is a certified inspector for welded and bolted connections. The siructural steel construction is essentially complete at this time. One inspection repart was tnade for a site visit to the praject by WSTI on July 21, 24I4. A copy of the report is a.ttached. The inspectians indicate the sfiructural steel connections were made in general canformance with!he project plans and specificatians. Also fhere did not appear to be any A325 high strength bolting to inspect on the project or any complete joint penetration welds that needed ultrasonic testing. The field welding inspected above appeared to be in substantial conformance with the plans, and the quality requirements of the AWS D1.I Structural Welding Code. To the best of my knowledge this completes the special inspections of the structural steel onsite welding,as outlined above for the project. .
