Dear Martin:
We contacting you to see if the building department will extend the Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy on building permit # B120029 until October 31, 2014.
We are down to obtaining an elevator inspection and installing the East Building
walkway, which is now designed and submitted to the planning department. We expect to
submit for a Building Permit for the East Building walkway permit shortly and start this
final piece of work directly after Labor Day and finish this scope of work by October 31,
2014 in an effort to achieve a Final Certificate of Occupancy.
Please let us know if this approach is acceptable.
