We visited the site on August 1, 2014 to observe the installed repairs. The purpose of this visit was to observe the repairs for general conformance with our drawings. We issued a construction observation report for this visit which provided direction to resolve discrepancies between the as- built repairs and the drawings. A review of photographs indicates these issues have been addressed. A copy of our construction observation report is included with this letter. Additionally, an independent testing agency that you retained, Ground Engineering, has also provided a report of their inspection and observations. To the best of our knowledge, based upon our periodic site observations and a review of the other documents noted above, the deviations noted in our report have been resolved and corrected by the contractor. The work we were able to observe appears to have been completed in general conformance with the contract drawings. If you have any questions or need additional assistance with this matter, please contact out office at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, J.R.
