HomeMy WebLinkAboutADM140006 CenturyLink approvalABANDONMENT OF EASEMENTS CENTURYTEL OF COLORADO, INC., a Colorado corporation d/b /a Century Link (the "Corporation "), acting in its capacity as beneficiary of those certain easements recorded in the office of the Eagle County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder, to wit: (a) that 10' access easement as shown on that Final Plat, a Resubdivision of Lot 3, Block 7, Vail Village, First Filing, Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, recorded at Reception No. 466057 and on that Final Plat of a Replat of a Portion of Block 7 Vail Village First Filing, and Lot 2 of Raether Minor Subdivision, Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, recorded at Reception No. 722440; (b) that 10' utility easement as shown on that Map of Vail Village, First Filing, Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, recorded at Reception No. 96382 and on that Final Plat, a Resubdivision of Lot 3, Block 7, Vail Village, First Filing, Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, recorded at Reception No. 466057 and on that Final Plat of a Replat of a Portion of Block 7 Vail Village First Filing, and Lot 2 of Raether Minor Subdivision, Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, recorded at Reception No. 722440; (c) that 8' access easement as shown on that Final Plat, a Resubdivision of Lot 3, Block 7, Vail Village, First Filing, Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, recorded at Reception No. 466057 and on that Final Plat of a Replat of a Portion of Block 7 Vail Village First Filing, and Lot 2 of Raether Minor Subdivision, Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, recorded at Reception No. 722440; and (d) that Ingress /Egress & Utility Easement as shown on that Final Plat of a Replat of a Portion of Block 7 Vail Village First Filing, and Lot 2 of Raether Minor Subdivision, Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, recorded at Reception. No. 722440 collectively, the "Easements ", hereby abandons those portions of the Easements shown on the attached Exhibit A and designated thereon as "BEING ABANDONED ". Except as provided herein, no other changes to the Easements are effectuated by this Abandonment of Easements.
