Please see Leonard’s comments below. Please address his comments on a full site plan that shows the
change and has a landscaping calculation verifying compliance with the 60% minimum landscape
area. If the driveway is heated, please note that on the plan along with heat zones.

Please go in Laserfiche and look at DRB140354 under Project 13-0198. There is a proposal to realign and
widen the driveway. Let me know if you need any additional information.
Just email me with anything additional you might need. I am going to ask him to put it on a full site plan
and calculate the impacts to landscape area.
