The Vail Racquet Club Homeowners Association recently received a request from
the owners of Building 7 Unit 3 to replace the windows and entry door with new
"same for same" windows and entry door which are more energy efficient. The
Association conditionally approved this Improvement based upon the owner
receiving the proper Town of Vail permits and approval.
